I'm a Software Engineering student at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo (3.63 GPA, 7x Dean's List, 1x President's Honors) with a passion for building full-stack applications and exploring the frontiers of machine learning and AI.
My journey into software began at the intersection of problem-solving and creativity. Much like learning a musical instrument or mastering a martial art, programming rewards dedication, practice, and the humility to always keep learning. I bring that same discipline to my work in deep learning, data science, and full-stack development.
When I'm not writing code, you'll find me deep in a history book, exploring virtual worlds, or training at the gym. These diverse interests aren't separate from my work—they inform it. Strategy from gaming, discipline from martial arts, perspective from history—all converge in how I approach engineering challenges.

·Cal Poly Independent StudyBuilt Chrome extension to detect and classify executive vs adaptive help-seeking in student-AI interactions, using GPT API for real-time prompt analysis. Evaluated detection accuracy (precision, recall, F1) to improve metacognitive interventions for novice programmers learning with AI.

·Cal PolyPromoted to Head Tutor within 3 months; currently leading operations for 10+ Specialized Computer Science tutors, coordinating schedules, onboarding, and quality reviews. Multi-instrumentalist with a passion for everything from classical compositions to modern electronic production. Guitar, piano, and a growing collection of synthesizers.
Video Games
Strategy games, RPGs, and competitive fighters. I appreciate games as both art and engineering marvels. Currently mastering Souls-like combat and building cities.
MMA & Combat Sports
Training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai. The chess-like strategy of grappling and the discipline of striking arts teach lessons that extend far beyond the mat.
